Granola is a versatile snack that fits perfectly into breakfast bowls, yogurt parfaits, or just as a crunchy treat to grab by the handful. I fell in love with making my own granola during the pandemic and realizing how I can control the ingredients go into it and more importantly the ingredients that don't go into it. Below are my four fav granola recipes from the blog that bring unique flavors to your kitchen (each are linked to the full recipe): Pumpkin Spice, Cherry Cocoa, House Granola, and Chocolate Strawberry.
This granola captures the essence of fall with warm spices and a hint of sweetness. It combines rolled oats, chopped nuts, pumpkin seeds, and a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Maple syrup or honey adds natural sweetness, while a touch of vanilla rounds out the flavor.
To make it, mix oats, nuts, and seeds with the spices and sweetener, then bake until golden and crunchy. The aroma alone will make your kitchen feel cozy.

For a chocolate lover’s twist, this granola blends cocoa powder with dried cherries for a sweet and slightly tart flavor. The cocoa adds richness without overpowering the natural sweetness of the cherries.
Bake the mixture until crisp, then stir in the dried cherries after baking to keep them chewy. This granola is perfect for topping smoothie bowls or enjoying as a snack.

The House Granola recipe is a classic blend designed to satisfy any granola lover. It features a mix of oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and a variety of nuts, lightly sweetened with brown sugar and honey. The key ingredient is cardamom - my secret weapon spice.
This granola is baked slowly to develop a deep golden color and toasted flavor. It’s my absolute favorite granola of all time and I hope you love it as much as I do!!

This recipe is a sweet treat inspired by Valentine’s Day but delicious any time of year. It combines chocolate chunks, freeze-dried strawberries, and oats for a fruity and indulgent granola.
Bake the oats and nuts first, then mix in the chocolate and strawberries after cooling to prevent melting. This granola is perfect for gifting or adding a special touch to your breakfast. The more strawberries, the better!
